Gametron has a built-in support ticket system that allows you request support without having to use an external helpdesk or other support system.
To request support, create a new support ticket and describe your case in the Subject and Message fields. Once the case has been resolved, you can close the support ticket by clicking the Close Ticket button. Closing a ticket means the issue has been solved and no further responses are required for the ticket. The ticket can be reopened at any time by creating a new response. Alternatively, you can create a new support ticket.
Note: There are currently no notifications for new support tickets for responses.
