Gametron has a built-in support ticket system that allows you to provide support for your users without an external helpdesk or other support system.
The user who creates a ticket and all admins can communicate via the ticket system by creating new responses to the ticket. Once the issue has been solved, both the user and all admins can close the ticket. The ticket can be reopened at any time by the user or admins by creating a new response.
The support ticket feature can be enabled or disabled in the settings.
Note: There are currently no notifications for new support tickets for responses.
